2. Return Request Procedure:
To request a return or replacement:
Log in to your account on Mx Bazaar.
Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to return.
Click on Request Return/Replacement and upload necessary proof (clear images or videos showing the issue).
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
3. Return Approval Process:
Once the return request is approved, we will provide a return address.
The product must be shipped back in its original packaging and unused condition.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is due to our error.
4. Refund & Replacement Options:
If the return is approved, you may choose between:
Replacement: A new product will be shipped after the return is received.
Refund: The refund will be processed within 7 business days after product inspection.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
Products without original packaging.
Used or damaged products due to misuse.
Custom-made or personalized products.
