Refund & Returns Policy – Mx Bazaar

At Mx Bazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (you can adjust days if needed).

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable/digital products
• Final sale or discounted clearance items
• Personal hygiene products

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
3. Contact your bank

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrect product received

If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product images.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
